Villa Agri provides ideal accommodation for 6-8 people. The garden offers a barbecue, swings, a trampoline, and deck chairs. The interior consists of three modern double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a separate toilet with a washing machine, a large spacious living room with a sofa bed for two additional persons, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has an exit to a covered terrace in front of the pool with a dining table - perfect for meals with your loved ones. The villa is fully air-conditioned. Free internet and private parking in front of the house are at the guests' disposal. Spend your vacation with friends or your family in this beautiful house and get to know the charms of southern Istria. Guests also have two bicycles at their disposal.

The holiday house is only 10 minutes by car from Pula. It is located in a quiet village Loborika. Pula is the cultural center of Istria and offers numerous attractions to visit in your spare time. Pula has many beautiful beaches and coves. In the vicinity of the apartment only 10 minutes by car, there are well-known tourist centers and beaches such as: Medulin, Pomer, Pula, Ramen Kamenjak, Premantura, Veruda and Verudela and Sandy Bay. Visit the famous Briuni Islands and get spoiled by the breathtaking nature. There are many cycling trails nearby. Come to Pula and spend an unforgettable holiday.

The stay in Villa Agri was simply great. Great house, clean, good kitchen, good air conditioning, fantastic pool and lovely sunbathing area. Small village with absolute peace and relaxation. If you want to buy something, whether groceries or anything else, drive 12 minutes to Pula and there you will find everything you need. There are fantastic beaches and lots of sights around Pula.

2024

Wie waren im Sommer 2024 als jüngere Gruppe in dem tollen Ferienhaus und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Alles war top sauber und wie auf den Bildern fotografiert. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, es hat an nix gefehlt. Highlight ist eindeutig der Pool und der großartige Außenbereich, wo wir vor allem tolle Abende verbracht haben. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend, genauso wie die Flexibilität der An-und Abreise. Das Haus ist eine Herzens Empfehlung für Gruppe, die für sich sein und Ruhe haben wollen :)
Wer hier Urlaub macht, sollte unbedingt einen Ausflug zum 10min (zu Fuß) entfernten Weingut machen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist gut, mit dem Auto ist alles leicht zu erreichen. Für den Preis lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall!
Eine Grundausstattung war vorhanden, allerdings war einiges für die Küche oder das Waschen noch einzukaufen.
Alles in allem war das Haus super!
Nur die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war nicht zufriedenstellend. Späte oder sogar gar keine Antworten und nicht immer sehr hilfreich.
Zuerst war der Umgang auch sehr freundlich. Leider kippte das später ein bisschen. :(
Aufgepasst bei einer Kaution: es war keine vereinbart und auf einmal (am vierten Tag!) verlangte man von uns 300€ als Kaution.
Trotzdem geht eine klare Empfehlung raus!

Der Kontakt mit dem Vernieter war prima und sehr gastfreundlich. Das Haus lässt einen schnell im Urlaub ankommen und trägt seinen Teil zu Erholung bei. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. August 2020.

We stayed at Villa Agri from 8/7/23 to 15/7/23. It is a beautiful, new, stylishly furnished villa. We were completely satisfied. When we arrived there were drinks ready and a full basket of fruit on the table. More drinks were chilled in the fridge. The house was sparkling clean. Enough towels. A beautifully furnished garden area with a clean, great pool. In the evening the garden and the pool are illuminated, it looks beautiful and romantic! A trampoline, a swing and sand toys was a highlight for our twins aged 4. The air conditioning worked perfectly. We didn't miss anything. The landlord was super nice, we were able to talk to him because he spoke German. It was a wonderful week in this villa! We would love to come back. Waldemar W., July 2023
