Beautiful villa with private pool in a quiet place called Lovrecici, near Tinjan and Pazin - in the heart of Istria. Villa Didova is a beautiful four bedroom luxury house renovated in 2014 and offers a private pool, barbecue, trampoline and four parking spaces. Inside the house there are four bedrooms, each with private bathroom, a large comfortable living room, a dining room, a kitchen equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances, another living room with a wine room and a terrace with great views. The garden is completely fenced and offers complete privacy. Here you have the opportunity to make wonderful memories with your loved ones and spend a relaxing holiday surrounded by beautiful Istrian nature. Use the great location for daily trips to different sights in central Istria or different beaches on the Istrian coast and explore everything Istria has to offer!

Lovrečići is a smal village near Tinjan-The City of Istrian ham Tinjan is a small town in inland Istria, on the road connecting Poreč with Pazin. There are only 17 km from Poreč and the closest beaches as Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches. East of Tinjan there is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Region of Istria, known for its medieval castle Kaštel, the National Archive and Zarečki krov-known also as Pazin's swimming pool.

Lovely villa in a very quiet rural location.
Radmilla was a fantastic host, very helpful and communicative and left us with some delicious cold meats and cheeses on arrival that had been made by her husbands family.

Recommend Winery Banko which is in walking distance for wine tasting with homemade charcuterie and cheeses. Mario's son also runs the nearby Poli Banka restaurant with local dishes, which is little further away but could be walked if not too hot.

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in deze villa! Het huis is ruim en perfect voor een groep of gezin: 4 slaapkamers met tweepersoonsbed, elk met een eigen badkamer, die privacy en comfort voor iedereen garanderen. Het zwembad is fantastisch en 's avonds, verlicht, creëert het een werkelijk magische sfeer. Er is ook een praktische grillplaats die we vaak hebben gebruikt voor diners in de buitenlucht.
Bij onze aankomst vonden we een speciaal welkom met typische kazen en vleeswaren uit de regio: een echt gewaardeerd gebaar! De verhuurder was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam te allen tijde, en aan het einde van het verblijf gaf ze ons zelfs een klein cadeautje waardoor we ons nog meer verwend voelden.
Een onvergetelijk verblijf echt aanbevolen!

Wir waren Anfang Juni dort (4 Erwachsene/5 Kinder). Der Check in war direkt mit der Inhaberin Ramilda. Sehr nett und wir wurden mit einer Schinken-Käse-Platte überrascht. Im Haus selbst ist wirklich alles - also wirklich ALLES vorhanden was man für den täglichen gebrauch braucht. Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Küchengrundlagen etc. Es war super sauber überall. Der Pool wurde sogar einmal gesäubert während des Aufenthalts. Der Garten sehr gepflegt. Beim Pool eine schöne Überdachung mit Grill/Kühlschrank/Spüle und genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, einem Sonnensegel und genug Poolliegen/Stühle. Wir gingen einmal zu Fuß zum nächsten Weingut zur Weinprobe, sehr zu Empfehlen. Von dort aus sind wir ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Restaurant gelaufen, hat Ramilda uns empfohlen - es war sehr gut. Nach Porec sind es ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir würden jederzeit die Villa wieder buchen. Klare Mietempfehlung.

Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie für 2 Wochen in der Villa Didova zu Gast. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Besitzerin empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Platte mit istrischem Schinken und Käse. Das Haus und der Außenbereich waren in perfektem Zustand. Alles war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool war ideal eingestellt und dadurch sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt in einem ganz kleinem Dorf aber mit dem Auto war alles gut zu erreichen. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrung mit diversen Ferienhäusern können wir dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

We absolutely loved this villa! It is one of the nicest we have been too, and a great location for exploring the Istria region. The owner of the villa met us at the villa on the first day, and ensured that everything was as required. It was spotless! She left a lovely welcome gift, and kept in touch with us during our stay especially during some scary storms!! She even dropped in a gift for my son on his birthday which was a lovely gesture. The villa itself has 4 good sized double bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and this is rare. It used to be their family home, and is a very old building but has been converted well. Our only negatives for us as a family is there is no outside toilet (there is a shower) which can mean a slippery floor to the inside downstairs toilet, but this is only because we have had this elsewhere. The downstairs space is comfortable and spacious, with two main seating areas which really suited our family. Loved the pool & outdoor space. Totally recommend!

We stayed at Villa Didova for 2 weeks. We were 2 families: 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Place is great, very comfortable, fully equiped. We loved old, but fully renovated house, sunsets and evenings by the pool, playing table tennis and darts and riding bikes on surrounding routes. The owners are fantastic and very heplful people. The house is settled in perfect place for visiting Istria - close to the see and beautifull towns, thanks to convinient access to highway, the communication with rest of the penisula is very quick. We highly reccomend the place and we hope to visit Istria again!
