It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned. The beautiful covered terrace with a view of the pool and the olive grove will delight visitors. Pets are welcome with an extra charge on-site. Parking is provided, as are bed linen and towels. We recommend it to families or couples who want to spend their vacation in seclusion, without neighbors. The nearest shop is in Juršići, and the nearest beach is 15 km away.

The medieval town of Svetvinčenat is located in the southern part of central Istria. Savičenta offers you a great cultural and historical offer. Among the various summer events, you can enjoy festivals like Jazz Festival and Dance Festival. In autumn, winemakers present their delicious products at the Young Wine Festival. This holiday destination is also ideal for cycling, hiking, hunting or trekking. Lim Bay, famous for its fresh fish trade and stunning sunsets, is only 15 km away. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are about 1.5 km away. The beach is 20 km away, and the Pula airport is about 30 km away.

Pool great. Great location for peace and quiet and dogs. All in all, we had a great vacation and have already booked for 2024. Landlord very nice and immediately on site if there are problems.

We spent 13 days in this holiday home in June and really enjoyed it. The facility is functional, it is very clean and everything you need is there. The landlord is super friendly and tries very hard to ensure that the guests have a pleasant stay. He was always approachable with questions and - if necessary - helped quickly. The pool and terrace are the highlight of the house, apart from the location. If you want to spend an absolutely quiet holiday, this is the place for you, the house is in a secluded location in a spacious olive grove. The lack of proximity to the beach is more than compensated for by the great pool, shops and restaurants are about 10 minutes away by car. We said goodbye with a heavy heart and are sure to come back soon. Ute P., June 2023

The landlord is amiable and helpful, he will guide you directly to the house. Questions are answered quickly. The accommodation was as described in the advertisement. Very private as there is no one right nearby. The view in the middle of nature is absolutely fantastic! The house is well-equipped (cutlery and everything you need to cook or barbecue, except for the spices). The pool is big, clean, and practically cleans itself. There is a barbecue. The accommodation can not be found with navigation, the landlord will take you directly to the house. It is outside, yet the nearest city is only 7 minutes away. The beach is about 15 minutes. Petrol stations or shopping options are quickly accessible by car.

The stay was really very nice and relaxing. The house was clean and well equipped. We didn't lack for anything. The house is in a quiet location, but you can still reach beaches and towns from there in about 30 minutes. The host was always available and very friendly. Definitely a three star rating.
