Stylish and very comfortable, Villa Rosmarino Muntrilj has a total area of 125m2 and consists of two floors. It is ideal for 6 people.The ground floor area offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities a modern guest needs, a stylish dining area, a very comfortable living area with Smart TV, air conditioning, glass walls and direct access to the pool area. There is also 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and another guest toilet.On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a TV.The outdoor area consists of an attractive pool area with covered terrace and a large garden. The covered terrace with dinning table is the right place to hide from the sun, and the BBQ is just perfect for preparing steaks or fresh fish for your loved one.The house has underfloor heating, so you can stay in it even in winter.Groups of young people are not allowed. Pets are allowed on request.Note: Swimming pool heating on request is paid additionally on the spot (40 €/per day).

Villa Rosmarino Muntrilj is the ideal choice for a peaceful vacation in an idyllic Istrian environment.The location of the villa and the interesting geographical features of Muntrilj offer tourists various opportunities for recreation in nature: walks, hiking, horseback riding, quad and bike trails, a visit to Rovinj and Poreč or a visit to cultural and historical places (Motovun and Grožnjan). You can also do various sports on the beach: windsurfing, sailing, sports catamarans and water skiing. Nearby town of Tinjan is full of activities, from the Kringa Adrenaline Park, tavern with local specialties domestic food to the famous prosciutto fair, which is a feature of this region. In addition to prosciutto, you can taste the wines and brandies of the Prodan family farm, which are located close to the villas of Verdi Istriana. In any case, something for everyone.

We loved our stay at the villa! The house was very clean, the rooms were amazing amd soundproof (which is convenient if you are traveling with babies). It felt like every couple had their own hotelroom.
The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, enough pans and electrical appliances.
The space outside was fantastic, there were 3 small umbrellas and one big one which was perfect for letting the kids play in the shadow.
The house is not really close to the beach, the closest beach is 25 min drive but we did not mind because we were travelling with young kids and wanted to stay at the house as much as possible.
The only downside of the villa is that the wifi is not working well. Normally not a problem if you can use your mobile data but there was also no signal at the house. Some people wanted to do some work during our holiday but that was diffecult due to the signal.
Overall, we had a great stay!!

Eine wirklich tolle Villa mit einem wunderschönen, großen Pool! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.
Die Lage ist etwas abseits und ruhig gelegen, daher ist ein Auto auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Für uns war das aber überhaupt kein Problem.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Villa absolut weiterempfehlen!

Die Villa Rosmarino von Maja ist absolut zu empfehlen.Die Bilder aus dem Inserat sind schon toll aber die Realität übertrifft dies nochmal. Ein top modernes und sehr hochwertig ausgestattetes Haus.
Tolle Betten, 3grosszügige Doppelzimmer mit en Suite Bad und sogar noch einem extra WC im EG.Die Möbel sowohl innen als auch Außen sind sehr bequem und hochwertig,generell ist die Ausstattung und Einrichtung sehr stimmig.
Die Küche ist mit Premiumgeräten augestattet und es gibt einen Weber Gasgrill.
Der Empfang und die Kommunikation war super und sehr freundlich. Es liegt im Hinterland von Istrien und um die Sehenswürdigkeiten,das Meer und auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte zu erreichen braucht man definitiv ein Auto.
Wir sagen vielen Dank an Maja für diese tolle Unterkunft und können diese absolut empfehlen

We had a wonderful stay at Maja’s place in Muntrilj. The villa was spotless, comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. It was the perfect base for exploring Istria—we visited Motovun, Rovinj, Poreč and a lovely ‘wild’ beach at Vrsa, all within an easy drive.
The location is peaceful and quiet, ideal if you’re looking to relax away from the busy tourist areas while still being close enough to everything. Communication with Maja was excellent throughout, and she was always helpful.
As EV drivers, we were initially a little concerned about charging, but it turned out to be much easier than expected. There is a convenient 11 kW public charger just a few (5 min drive or 40min walk (one way)) minutes away in Tinjan, and overnight charging from a standard socket at the villa also worked well for us.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the beautiful Istrian countryside.
Oh and try Mušković’s amazing Rosé wine
