Fantastic Villa, Wonderful Hosts and a Perfect Family Holiday

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Dasianda and couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

There were nine of us travelling as a family, and the villa had everything we needed and more. It was spacious, extremely well equipped, beautifully maintained and gave us plenty of room to spend time together while still having our own space. The pool and outdoor areas were perfect for long, relaxed family days.

The location was also excellent. We had a lovely beach nearby, beautiful clear water and easy access to Omiš and everything the surrounding area has to offer.

What made the experience particularly special, though, was the wonderful welcome from the owners and their family. We were greeted so warmly on arrival, with food and drinks waiting for us, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch. Throughout our stay, the owner was incredibly responsive and always happy to help. He even went out of his way to assist us with restaurant reservations and local recommendations.

We really enjoyed seeing his father around the property too — always smiling and friendly and stopping for a brief chat. Those small personal touches made the villa feel much more like a home than simply a holiday rental.

As a 3 generation family we found this villa provided all we could need.It was very spacious, comfortable and clean.The nearby bakery,shops and restaurants provided for our daily needs.The nearby beach was only a 5 minute walk away although it was a steep path to get there.As we had not hired a car we used a minibus taxi for the 8 of us to visit Omis at a cost of 20 euros each way.The owner and his family made us feel very welcome.

Wir waren zu siebt in dieser phantastischen Villa. Bereits vor Ankunft haben die Vermieter uns kontaktiert und uns mitgeteilt, dass uns bei Ankunft ein Snack und Getränke erwarten. Das ist sehr nett, genauso wie angebotene Hilfe bei Transfer vom Flughafen in Split (haben wir allerdings nicht benötigt).
Die Aufteilung passte uns sehr gut. Unten waren zwei Doppelzimmer, jeweils mit Bad und eine separate Toilette. Weiterhin gab es einen großen, offenen Raum mit Fernseher, playstation, Esstisch und Küche. Wir haben allerdings immer draußen gegessen und da auch den gemauerten Grill genutzt.
Schöner Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm ist auch vorhanden.
Über ein Aussentreppe geht es ins Obergeschoss. Dort ist eine weitere Küche und Ess-/Wohnbereich, sowie ein schöner Balkon zum Meer. Weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem eigenen Bad, sowie zwei Doppelzimmer, die sich ein Bad teilen.
Super ist, dass zwei kleinere Supermärkte einfach fußläufig erreichbar sind. Weiterhin waren wir im Restaurant Espana, was uns auch gut gefallen hat.
Zum Strand ist es durch einen schmalen weg nicht weit. Ca. 2 Minuten.
Sehr nette Vermieter, die jederzeit verfügbar waren.

Had a wonderful stay here. The place was very clean and really well equipped. The host gave clear instructions to find the place and was very welcoming when we arrived there late (9pm) with a welcome meal. The only thing to be aware of is that the property is split into two floors split across the ground and first floor, with access between the two via an external staircase. We were not aware of that beforehand, but we could have missed it in the listing. It wasn't a problem for us, but just mentioning it for awareness. Overall we were extremely happy with the property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a suitable location for a family holiday.

Modern, clean and very spacious house with great pool area and lovely view from the balcony! Good location close to the main road where you can find some grocery stores and restaurants. We had some concern about traffic noise before the trip but yhe area is very quiet. The host are so nice, serviceminded and easy to reach. We had a great vacation and everything was perfect! We would love to come back again in the future!

The hosts and the house were fantastic. Communication was excellent—just the right amount of cordial greeting and information. The house and grounds are very well taken care of. Unlike many rental properties, the owners truly care for the place and the plants in the yard. The location is also very convenient. The house is a short walk to two smaller beaches and a larger one with a nice coffee shop and restaurant. In addition, two grocery stores, a bakery, a fruit stand, and some good restaurants are also within 200 meters of the house. Omis is also a short 5 minute drive away for additional beach and restaurant options. The pictures do not do the place justice. The views are gorgeous and the house is very comfortable even for large groups. We highly recommend it.
