Inside the maintained and fully enclosed garden is a private swimming pool (heated with solar heating) of 24 sqm, sauna, sun chairs, parasol, covered terrace with fireplace and dining table, and parking for two cars.Villa Rosalia can comfortably accommodate 8 persons in a total of 134 sqm on two floors. On the ground floor, there is an air-conditioned living room with a sleeping sofa for two persons and an exit to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table for 6 persons. There is also an air-conditioned room with a double bed and shower/toilet. A separate toilet is also on the ground floor. The ground floor is suitable for persons with reduced mobility. On the first floor are two air-conditioned rooms with double beds, each with its shower/toilet and exit to the common balcony with sitting furniture.Youth groups are not allowed.Max two pets allowed.
