Villa Rozhica is a new, beautiful and modern luxury villa with a private pool and whirlpool suitable for 8 people. It is equipped with high-quality designer furniture. On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a view of the large swimming pool (49 m2), a beautifully landscaped garden and green surroundings. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and one en suite bedroom with its own bathroom, which is specially equipped and suitable for people with disabilities, is located on the ground floor of the house. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a balcony. The house is fully air-conditioned and offers parking for 3 cars. If you are planning a relaxing vacation with your family or friends, in a secluded location, this is the right place for you. Pets and party groups of younger people are not allowed.

In the middle of South Istria on the road Pazin-Pula, on a rocky plateau surrounded by forests, meadows and vineyards, with its castle, churches and bell tower is located Sanvincenat. Rovinj and its beaches are only 20 kilometers away from the town. Savičenta is a small town with a few coffee bars, restaurants, pizza restaurants and mini markets. It host several summer cultural events.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist einfach super, man hat alles was das Herz begehrt und das sogar noch in hochwertiger Ausführung.

We stayed at Villa Rozhica and everything was excellent. The house is very spacious, with a large living room and a functional kitchen. The atmosphere is wonderful and really makes you feel at home. Outside, there are plenty of cozy spots to sit and relax – from the pool area to the garden seating. And for extra relaxation, you can unwind in the jacuzzi, which makes the experience even better.

We can look back on our first holiday as a big group and it is safe to say that the villa played a big role in our great experience.
We were surprised how well the place was managed. It was equipped with razor sharp knives and all the tools you could dream of.
The bedrooms had their own bathroom with fantastic mattresses and offered great sleep.
The pool area was extremely calming and we were able to spend hours listening to music and enjoy playing in the water. In the evenings the jacuzzi was the place to be. Being on your own and listening to the bubbles was a wonderful experience, that we already miss.
I want to thank Rosana sincerely for the great stay. They thought of the most important things for the girlies: spices and trash-bags etc. are already there, for them to use.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, peaceful new house in Istria. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house itself was immaculate, with all the amenities you could need. Plus, its location made it incredibly easy to get to anywhere in Istria. Whether you're looking to explore the countryside or visit the city, this is the perfect home base. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.
