Holiday House Vita is situated in a small village Pinezići, 20 km from Poreč and 20 km from the first beach in Poreč, Plava and Zelena Laguna. The village is very nice with a lot of green fields and woods, so it gives perfect relaxation and excape from the traffic and city noise. There you can find typical istrian houses; most of them are newly renovated, but the preserved istrian identity. Village Pinezići are surrounded by many wineyards and olive fields and many green pathways throught the forest and villages. The village is reccomended for families because there is a lot of greenery, domestic animals and it is the ideal place for relaxation.

Es war alles Perfekt. Check-In und -Out waren unkompliziert und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns alles schnell erklärt. Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und die Küche hatte alles was man braucht zu bieten. Zu den nächsten Städten wie Rovinj oder Pula waren es 30 bis 45 Minuten. Ich würde dort Tagestrips empfehlen, damit sich die Reise lohnt.

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub dort verbracht und fanden es toll!
Es war alles genau wie beschrieben, teilweise durch Verschönerungen noch besser (bessere Sonnenliegen, die Grüne Wand im Wohnzimmer ist jetzt schöner gestrichen).
Es war extrem sauber und roch sehr gut!
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.
Die Besitzerin wohnt nebenan und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit!
Toll ist auch, dass das Grundstück so gut wie nicht einsehbar ist. Man ist ungestört und fühlt sich nicht beobachtet.
Außerdem ist es in dem Ort sehr ruhig.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind allerdings etwas weiter entfernt.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hin fahren.
Sehr zu empfehlen!

We hebben het geweldig gehad, de plek was schoon en uitgerust met alles wat we nodig hadden voor de week.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Es stört nicht, dass die Gastgeberin auch auf dem Grundstück wohnt. Das Haus und vor allem der Garten war sehr schön.

Wij (gezin van 5, met kinderen in de leeftijd 14, 16 en 19 jaar) hebben echt ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in vakantiehuis Vita. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk onthaald door de eigenaresse die naast de woning woont. Zij en haar man hebben ons hele verblijf van 2 weken zeer aangenaam gemaakt. Het huis, tuin en zwembad is in werkelijkheid nog mooier en ruimer dan op de foto's. De slaapkamers met elk een eigen airco waren heel fijn. Het zwembad is door ons goed gebruikt en heeft een mooie afmeting. De omgeving is rustig, maar met de auto sta je in heel Istrië ongeveer met een half uur. Als we nog een keer naar Istriën zouden gaan dan zouden we zeker terug willen komen naar dit vakantiehuis. Echt helemaal niks op aan te merken.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Our group of six found the house incredibly spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The air conditioning was excellent, keeping us cool during the hot days. The house was impeccably clean upon arrival, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the standout features was the large, well-maintained swimming pool. It was perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The house is located in a small village, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of bigger cities. Despite the tranquility, it's only a 20-minute drive to Poreč or Rovinj, making it very convenient for day trips. Speaking of which, we highly recommend booking a day trip from Poreč to Venice and visiting the waterpark Istralandia. For dining, there's a fantastic pizzeria nearby in Sv. Lovreč called San Lorenzo. The host , who lives next door, was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
