The two beautifully renovated stone houses are surrounded by a spacious, fully fenced garden of 800 m2, creating a private place to relax, socialize and enjoy with family and friends.The property belongs to a family with a long tradition of wine production, so a stay here is not only a vacation in a beautiful house, but also an opportunity to get to know a part of the Istrian wine tradition and the life of a local family.The two houses together can accommodate up to 14 people, which makes them an ideal choice for larger families, friends and groups who want to stay together, but at the same time have enough space and privacy.In the center of the property is a large private pool of 40 m2, surrounded by a sunbathing and relaxation area. Next to the pool is a smaller stone house with a spacious covered terrace, ideal for morning coffee or evening socializing. Guests also have access to a whirlpool, a covered terrace for outdoor dining, a barbecue fireplace, a billiard room and a fenced multi-purpose sports court. Several parking spaces are located within the fenced property.The smaller house, located by the pool, is fully air-conditioned and is especially pleasant for a couple or family members who want a little more privacy. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining room, and on the first floor there is a double room with a double bed, a private bathroom and a large covered terrace.The large stone house is spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a sitting area, satellite TV and large dining tables for the whole group, an equipped kitchen, one double room with a private bathroom and a separate toilet.On the first and second floors there are five more bedrooms, each with satellite TV. Three rooms have their own bathroom, while an additional bathroom is available in the hallway. Important note: Reservations with younger groups of people are strictly prohibited.
